These terms apply to your use of AI Trade Radar websites, APIs, and related services during our private beta and early access periods. They are written in plain language so you know what to expect; if you need binding commitments for procurement or compliance, we will point you to the appropriate agreement for your deployment.
What we provide
AI Trade Radar offers market infrastructure and telemetry (for example, MarketState-style snapshots and related APIs) to help you build and operate your own software. We do not provide trading advice, buy or sell recommendations, portfolio management, guaranteed outcomes, custody of assets, trade execution, or access to raw exchange vendor feeds except as explicitly described in product documentation.
Access and API keys
Paid or invited access is issued only after our servers confirm eligibility (for example, successful payment confirmation or an approved manual onboarding). API keys delivered through one-shot claim flows must be stored securely by you; we cannot recover raw secrets after they are shown once. You are responsible for activity under keys you control.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, probe or disrupt our systems beyond ordinary integration testing, or use outputs in ways that violate applicable law. Beta features may change, pause, or be removed without notice.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" during beta. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, or fitness for any particular trading or commercial result. See also our disclaimer.
