Billing, cancellation, and refunds (beta)

This page describes how we generally handle commercial access during beta. Your checkout screen, receipt, or contract may include additional provider-specific terms.

Plans and payment

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed according to the plan you select and the payment flow shown at checkout. API access for paid tiers is enabled only after our servers receive and validate payment confirmation from the payment provider—not from the marketing site alone.

Cancellations

You may cancel or change a subscription according to the self-serve billing tools we expose for your tenant (when configured) and any terms presented by the payment provider. If you need help, contact support with your tenant or receipt details.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on your plan, jurisdiction, and the policies of the payment provider that processed the charge. Where refunds are granted, they are processed through the original payment path when technically possible. We do not guarantee refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law or explicitly stated in your offer.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated. Please reach out to support first so we can try to resolve the issue without disrupting your integration.
